SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship Australia wide at a standard shipping rate of $15.95 AUD.

Please allow up to 7-8 business days for your order to be shipped to allow us to hand make your order and have it delivered to your door.

Please note we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. All parcels are carefully and securely packaged before leaving us. If your order arrives damaged, you will need to take the parcel (including all packaging) to an Australia Post office and lodge a claim. Compensation will be provided directly by Australia Post if your claim is accepted.

 

If your claim is rejected, please provide us with proof of the rejection and we will replace the damaged items and resend your order.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to send replacements until the claim process is resolved, as we would otherwise be out of pocket. We understand this may be inconvenient, but please be assured that we take the utmost care when packing every order.
