We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact T&E Candles immediately if there are any issues.

All of our candles are hand poured to order. Please allow up to two business days before your item is shipped.

T&E offer discounted refills so you can reuse your jars as a sustainable solution. We will not be accepting damaged or badly scratched jars as this is not safe to refill. If we do not accept your jar please know we are doing it for your safety. Jars being refilled need to be empty and clean on arrival otherwise there will be a $5 cleaning fee applied. This service is only available for customers who can drop off their jars and recollect them once filled. Alternatively, customers can post at their expense.

Our refill option is only for customers who are returning their jar for a refill. Please do not click this option if you are purchasing a new jar.
