The formula is designed to ensure no sticky residue is left behind on floors or surfaces. For the best results, hold the spray about 30cm away when applying to fabrics. We recommend 2-3 sprays for an average-sized room, though you can adjust based on your fragrance preference.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact T&E Candles immediately if there are any issues.
T&E offer discounted refills so you can reuse your bottles as a sustainable solution. We will not be accepting damaged or badly scratched Bottle as this is not safe to refill. If we do not accept your Bottle please know we are doing it for your safety. Bottles being refilled need to be empty and clean on arrival otherwise there will be a $5 cleaning fee applied. This service is only available for customers who can drop off their jars and recollect them once filled. Alternatively, customers can post at their expense.
